The Beadiak is a place to come where the priorities are about people and their creativity and imagination. We suspect that beaders are "magpies from a former life" who respond to all things that glitter, twinkle, glisten, sparkle, roll, entice, entrance and engage our attention! And so, we are all related, whether male or female, in pursuit of ornamentation and accessorizing, and most of all, the pursuit of the creative process.
We are dedicated to inspire, enrich, empower, validate, nurture and
support all of our customers and friends.
We respond to challenge, and
constantly seek to provide the very best in environment, instruction and
materials in order to enable creativity. We strive for originality in
design, approach and personal expression, and take great pride in the
success and satisfaction of our customers.
We seek to educate and inspire our customers. We believe that, as a general rule, learning processes is more empowering than learning specific projects. The ability to solve problems and the tools to translate ideas into reality is more satisfying than the ability to simply follow directions that may only apply to one or two isolated projects.
We recognize and understand different learning modalities, and we attempt to provide the environment and the guidance that will help each and every person to do what they wish to do in their explorations of beads and beadwork, design, and sales. We just love it when a student tells us that, although they have taken a class somewhere, we have enabled them to understand for the first time the task they have chosen.
