Bead Knitting
Those
beautiful knitted amulet purses never go out of style. This class
teaches a classis pattern for a small purse, knitted on tiny knitting
needles and small beads of your choice. The basic technique can be
adapted to purses of any size. Students learn how to use a mechanical
bead stringer and how to use add metal purse clasps as well as the
traditional draw-string method of closure.
Basic
knowledge of the knitting stitch is required. Private knitting
instruction can be scheduled for those with no prior knitting
experience.
