We try to ship orders within 3 business days. We will always let you know if there is any question or problem with your order, so it’s important that you give us a way to contact you. You will receive notification when your order is shipped. Please let us know when you place your order if you have a need for expedited rush shipping, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all of the items on our website. Colors are particularly difficult, because computer monitors are not always accurate, and each person’s perception of color is different. We also try to give you accurate measurements and weights in all of our descriptions.
If any item you receive is not as described or is defective, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Items returned must be in their original condition, in original packaging, as shipped. Broken strands cannot be accepted for return. Please contact us by email at orders@Beadiak.com for a return authorization code and shipping instructions. Any merchandise received without a return authorization code will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
We do not credit or refund shipping charges of any kind, unless the return was due to an error on our part. If this is the case, authorization and special instructions must be obtained prior to return shipping.
Quantity discounts are available for many of the items we offer. If you wish to make a wholesale purchase, please do not use the onsite shopping cart. Instead, email us at orders@Beadiak.com for pricing. If you live in California, we will need a copy of your sales tax exemption information before we ship.
We are happy to accept International Orders! Please do not submit your order via the shopping cart. Simply e-mail your order request to orders@Beadiak.com . We will email you the total due and payment instructions.
We do not distribute or share any customer information. If you share your email or contact information with us, we will only contact you when we have a special offer that we feel is too good to pass up.
As for Internet and credit card security, we have instituted policies to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly.
We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by check, and orders will be sent after the check has cleared the bank.
We apologize if any item is not available. Sometimes we sell out before we expect to, and sometimes items don’t come to us as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience. When an item is completely sold out we remove it from the site, otherwise it is listed as "Temporarily Out of Stock" it may be in another warehouse or simply misplaced.
