Shipping & Returns

We will try to have your order ready to ship within 3 days of receiving it. If, for any reason, your order is delayed, we will notify you by email. If you need expedited service, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will do our best to speed up the processes at our end.

At this time, we can offer you either shipping by any of the UPS methods (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, etc.) or by the USPS (Regular ground, Priority, Express, etc.).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, we will hold your order until your check has cleared. There is a small handling fee of $3.50 that will be applied to orders.

Orders are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation from us when your order has shipped. We will give you the tracking number (where and when available) and you can track its progress through the website of your designated shipper.

Please be advised that the Beadiak is not liable for typographical errors. Quantities are limited on many items, supplies are limited, and we reserve the right to change prices.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is damaged when you receive it, you must bring it to the attention of the carrier who delivered it, and make a claim to them. Please examine your package and merchandise carefully when you receive it.

RETURNS

We try our best to make sure that what we ship is the very best of what we have advertised and what we have on hand. We also try to give you the very best pictures and descriptions of our merchandise so that you can make wise and informed decisions. If there is any doubt about any of our products, please take the time to call or email us with your questions or concerns. We will try to give you the same kind of personalized service that we, as shoppers, would expect.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us and let us know that you wish to return it. We will issue you a return authorization, and either replace or refund. Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made only if we have received merchandise back in the SAME CONDITION that we sent it out, including the item packaging.
